EM Cleaner SquadThis was my final project for Art 497A. The only change I really added was music. The assignment was to utilize motion tracking with 3D as well as color correcting.
Filmed on a Nikon D7000 DSLR Camera Music is "Underneath the Rotting Pizza - FF7" AACF Halloween Bible PromoThis is a personal project that I wanted to work on for my fellowship I attend called AACF (Asian-American Christian Fellowship). This was my main message I wanted to convey with this video:
The Word is not only important for spiritual growth, but also for one's own protection. In Ephesians, in the Armor of God, the Sword of the Spirit is mentioned, and it is a vital asset. Without the Word, we cannot strike back and protect ourselves from the things that Satan sends at us. Filmed on a Canon PowerShot SD940IS. Edited in AfterEffects and Premiere. Sound edits in Soundbooth.
These were short experimental ad-styled videos inspired off the Geico advertisements with the wad of bills character. Another personal project I wanted to do for AACF.
All filmed on a Canon PowerShot SD940IS. All edited in Adobe Premiere. Street Fighter: University Park EditionThis was the final Project for my Art 315 class which utilized a greenscreen and effects.
Filmed on a DV4 - Sony Camera DSR-PD170 Edited in AfterEffects Music are midis modified in Logic Pro of Guile's Theme and Chunli's Theme from Street Fighter 2. Sounds are from FF7 Earth-bending aftereffectsThe midterm project for Art 315 class. I decided to use an existing clip, one of the actual martial arts that earth-bending was based off of, and then used dirt charges with photoshopped images of rocks for the effects.

Thesis sculpts and 3d PrintsThese sculpts were done for my senior thesis project regarding the 'resurfacing' of Japanese monsters in the Japanese media. They were modeled and sculpted in Maya and Mudbox, then they were printed out via 3D printed and traditionally painted by myself.
Falling into deathMidterm compositing project for ART 497A. We were required to make a 3D animation instead of footage for this assignment. I used Maya, Mudbox, and AfterEffects
Music is "Tell Me Who You Are" from Doctor Who. Study of SalamandersThis was alongside the summer independent study for the Canidae family. This one however, I decided to focus more on the texturing aspect as well as other layers such as gloss to make it look more like a salamander.
Study of the canidae familyThis was a summer independent study I did, where I focused a bit more with working with Mudbox after the one "self-taught" assignment in A&A 310.
The lamb in revelations 7An interpretation of the lamb mentioned in Revelations 7 in the Bible. This was an assignment in A&A 310 to pick a tutorial to learn on digitaltutors.com and then implement it in a mini project. I chose to learn how to use Autodesk Mudbox. This was my first sculpt.
tf2 Concept sentryThis sentry, for the game Team Fortress 2, was created for my final assignment in ARCH 481 class. Because I wasn't an architecture student, I instead created a different way of using 3D animation for that class. Alongside the model and animation, I created statistics and everything that works with this ingame item. Whether if I decide to go back and texturize the model and learn how to implement it in game is unknown.
